SEMVMA's 2026-2027 Veterinary CE series promises to be educational and a great opportunity to meet with your colleagues!   All members and prospective members are encouraged to attend.

If a Continuing Education program is cancelled due to weather, we will reach out to the clinics that have doctors/technicians registered for the meeting.

Veterinarians: The cost to attend a seminar is $210.00 for members or $260.00 for prospective members. Conference package prices are available where all five seminars may be purchased for $900.00 for members and $1,150.00 for prospective members. While all attendees will receive digital proceedings at no charge, printed notes in a bound book are available for purchase for $10/meeting.

Sign-in for the conference begins at 8:30 AM, with the seminar beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at approximately at 5:00 PM.  Digital lecture notes, continental breakfast, and lunch are included with your registration. Each attendee will receive seven hours of CE. Our offerings are not submitted to RACE for approval as the state of Michigan already accepts them for CE hours.

Early-bird registration is strongly encouraged as space is limited. You must RSVP to ensure a meal & printed proceedings. Registrations post-deadline (the Friday preceding the event) are not guaranteed meals and may be converted to virtual registrations as needed for space.

Technician Continuing Education: The cost to attend a seminar is $40.00 if you pre-register and $45.00 for onsite registration.

The SEMVMA is offering free attendance to the technician continuing education series!

For each SEMVMA member in your practice, one technician or staff member can attend each of the seminars at no expense. The cost for additional staff members or for the staff of non-SEMVMA members is our regular charge of $40.00.  Each attendee will receive two hours of CE. Our offerings are not submitted to RACE for approval as the state of Michigan already accepts them for CE hours.

In order to receive the benefit of no charge for attendance, the staff member must RSVP 48 hours in advance. If a staff member qualifies for the free attendance to the seminar and RSVP's but does not show, the member practice will be billed for the $40.00. The reason for this is the expense the association incurs for the dinner and printing in anticipation of the number of attendees. There will be no exceptions.

Sign-in begins at 5:45 pm. The seminar starts at 6:30pm and ends at 8:30pm.
